This kit includes preserved red blood cells and eliminates the necessity of drawing blood samples from students. Kit should be ordered two weeks before needed.

 

  • Contains both red blood cells and antiserum needed to demonstrate real ABO blood typing agglutination reactions
  • Students use real red blood cells provided, eliminating the need to draw blood samples
  • Perform, compare, and contrast slide and test tube blood typing
  • Red cells have a life expectancy of at least 20 days after arrival, but must be kept under refrigeration
