Hot-Start Taq DNA polymerase is antibody mediated to be inactive prior to the initial PCR denaturation step. The optimized formulation includes SYBR Green I dye an antibody-mediated Hot-Start Taq DNA polymerase dNPTs MgCl2 and proprietary buffers and stabilizers.
