KIMBLE™ KONTES™ Flow Adapter for 2.5 CHROMAFLEX™ Standard Columns improves chromatogram resolution by delivering sample and buffer directly to the gel bed top, protecting it from disruption and eliminating dead volume above the bed.

• Fits 2.5 cm I.D. CHROMAFLEX™ Standard Columns
• Improves chromatogram resolution by delivering sample and buffer directly to the top of the gel bed
• Protects the gel bed from disruption during sample loading and eliminates dead volume above the gel bed
• Recommended for use with buffer gradients, reverse flow applications, and high resolution gravity flow separations
• Supplied with a 20 micron porosity HDPE bed support, TFE/propylene o-ring seal, stainless steel adjusting rod, PTFE body, blue lock ring, and 5 ft (1.5 m) of FEP tubing
• Tubing O.D.: 0.063 in.
• Temperature range: 0 to 50°C
• Use of aggressive organic solvents requires PTFE bed supports and FFKM o-rings (sizes 010, 116, or 222; not available from Kimble)
