Labconco Protector™ Acid Digestion PVC Hood with bypass airflow design draws away harmful acid fumes.

  • Heat-welded unplasticized PVC interior with integral work surface and drainage trough
  • 0.19 in. thick tempered safety glass vertical-rising sash with frame of epoxy-coated aluminum and PVC
  • 0.25 in. thick Lexan™ sashes with frame of epoxy-coated aluminum and PVC to prevent etching caused by hydrofluoric acid fumes
  • Built-in washdown system with internal piping and spray nozzles and remote control fixture on upper left side
  • Washdown port for connection to external wash rings (not included)
  • Curved ergonomic air foil with aerodynamic Clean-Sweep™ airflow openings
  • Two pre-plumbed service fixtures: one for gas and one with rigid gooseneck faucet for cold water

  • Black enamel-coated hardboard support surface to support integral work surface
  • Glacier white, dry powder epoxy-coated steel exterior
  • Removable front and side panels and front access panels for access to plumbing and electrical wiring
  • 12.75 in. I.D. exhaust connection(s)
