Includes the workstation (upper segment of what is seen in the photo) only. The base stand and work surface must be ordered separately. For stand, see Cat. No. 3746702. Work surface with sink is 6942003; without sink is 3908402. 

Requires

Models with built-in blower require carbon filters (16-108-303 or 16-108-304, available separately). Models without built-in blower require remote blower (static pressure loss 0.06–0.16 in. ).

Ensure extra protection in special purpose labs. The Labconco Protector™ Workstation is specifically designed for use by pathologists and histotechnologists.

  • Hinged sash of 0.25 in. thick (6.3mm) safety glass provides 8 in. (20.3cm) work opening and swings up to 20 in. (50.8cm) for loading or cleaning
  • Foil with Clean-Sweep™ openings directs air for efficient fume removal
  • Baffled, stainless-steel rear baffle captures fumes and houses filters (when applicable)
  • 30w fluorescent lighting
  • Rear electrical receptacle
  • Side walls are 0.25 in. thick (6.3mm) safety glass
  • Frame and rear plenum are powder-coated aluminum and steel
  • Base stand and work surface are sold separately

With Built-in Blower

  • Exhaust volume 150 to 250cfm (60 to 1000fpm face velocity)
  • Returns clean, filtered air back into room
  • Blower speed control
  • Designed for use with two carbon filters (not included)

Without Blower

  • Returns clean, filtered air back into room when connected to a FilterMate™ portable exhauster
  • Can also be connected to an external duct system with a remote blower
  • 2L x 10 in.W (5.1 x 25.4cm) exhaust openings on top and bottom for FilterMate Portable Exhauster or connection to duct system
