Clean glassware is essential in any lab. Labconco SteamScrubber™ Glassware Washer provides thorough, efficient, and economical cleaning that meets demanding laboratory standards.
Ideal for college and university, government, pharmaceutical, and industrial labs or any facility utilizing reusable glassware. Choose from single-rack FlaskScrubber series models or dual-rack SteamScrubber models. Accessory spindle and open racks are designed specifically for laboratory glassware and are interchangeable between models.
Operating Features
- Achieve higher water temperatures for enhanced washing, faster drying, and sanitizing
- LCD information center for customizing cycles and monitoring operations, including internal water temperature (°C or °F) and alarms
- High water circulation rates for thorough cleaning: 96 gal./min. (363L/min.) when operated on 115V 60Hz, and 112 gal./min. (424L/min.) on 230V 50/60Hz
- Dual pumps: one for washing and one for draining, to reduce potential for cross-contamination
- Built-in purified water pump brings unpressurized or pressurized purified water into tank for up to six pure water rinses
- Built-in steam generator produces hot vapor to penetrate and remove dried residue for cleaner glassware
- Manual-fill dispensers for detergent (powder or liquid) or rinse aid solution
- Two user-set cycle programs
- User-set delayed start (up to 8 hours)
- Optional tempered safety glass viewing window with 25w interior light

Structural Features
- Type 304 brushed stainless-steel door, tank, and upper and lower wash arms
- Freestanding models have stainless-steel exterior sides and top
- One-piece, stainless-steel, fine mesh particle drain filter traps debris in tank to protect pumps
- Four leveling feet
- 0.375 in. female NPT inlet fitting for hot water tap connection
- Factory-installed drain hose and band clamp
- Supplied with upper and lower Type 304 open stainless-steel racks for washing wide-mouth glassware
- Built-in forced air drying up to 99 min. and programmable from 38° to 70°C (100° to 158°F)
- Upper rack has additional wash arm and side release latches for easy removal
- Factory-set cycle programs: For 208/230V models, 10 (add INTENSE, INTENSE PLUS and EXTREME)
