Invitrogen™ LAMP-2A Polyclonal Antibody (AMC2)

Description
This antibody was tested for specificity in rat and mouse (it does not cross-react with the human variant) and was demonstrated to be highly selective for LAMP-2A without cross-reacting with LAMP-2B or C. This protein was previously known as lgp96. In western blotting this antibody was used at 90 ng/mL with 100 μg of rat liver lysosomal protein. This antibody is also able to completely block transport of cytosolic proteins into lysosomes in rat-derived cells.
