The Maxwell RSC Cultured Cells DNA Kit is used with the Maxwell RSC Instrument to provide a simple method for efficient, automated extraction of DNA from up to 5 x 10^6 mammalian tissue culture cells and 2 x 10^9 bacterial cells.
