Requires

Protein production cell line, culture vessels, appropriate cell culture medium, purified DNA, serum-free medium, sterile tube for transfection complex preparation, micropipets, orbital shaker, reporter assay (as required).

Specifically developed for mammalian protein production in suspension CHO and 293 cells. The PRO Boost Reagent is optional and enhances expression in certain media formulations. Use of TransIT-PRO Transfection Kit eliminates the need for a culture medium change post-transfection.
