Used for positive selection and maintenance of mammalian cells transfected with vectors that express puromycin-N-acetyl-transferase (PAC)

Different cell types and cell culture conditions may require different concentrations of selection antibiotic. Perform a kill curve to determine the optimal working concentration for your experiment.

  • Recommended concentration for selection of mammalian cells resistant to Puromycin is 0.5 to 10 μg/mL
  • 5 x 2 mL (10 mg/mL in DI water)
  • Sterile filtered
