The Click-iT Cell Buffer Kit provides researchers who have cells labeled with an azide or alkyne and the corresponding click detection reagent with the means to click these two moieties together. Each kit includes sufficient material to perform 50 reactions based upon a 0.5mL reaction volume for subsequent analysis by flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy or high-throughput imaging (HCS).
