Description

BMPR1A is one of seven known type I serine/threonine kinases that are required for the signal transduction of TGF-β family cytokines

The Mouse BMPR-IA/ALK-3 (NP_033888) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for BMPR-IA/ALK-3, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The BMPR-IA/ALK-3 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
