Description

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • The CD300c/LMIR2 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
  • CD300C is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the immunoregulatory signaling (IRS) family of molecules within the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily.
  • CD300C is present on the surface of natural killer cells, granulocytes, most myeloid cells, dendritic cells, and a subpopulation of T and B lymphocytes.
