R&D Systems™ Mouse CD47 (NP_034711) VersaClone cDNA is a membrane protein and involved in the increase in intracellular calcium concentration that occurs upon cell adhesion to extracellular matrix.

The Mouse CD47 (NP_034711) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for CD47, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The CD47 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
