Description

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • CLEC1B is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the Ctype lectin-like family of receptors
  • It is expressed in myeloid cells and NK cells
  • CLEC1B is the receptor for the platelet-aggregating snake venom protein rhodocytin and the molecule podoplanin, a transmembrane sialoglycoprotein that, when bound to CLEC1B, is involved in platelet aggregation, tumor metastasis, and lymphatic vessel formation
  • The CLEC-2/CLEC-1B insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided
