R&D Systems™ Mouse CLEC4F/CLECSF13 (NP_058031) VersaClone cDNA
Description
- Also known as: Kclr; D18063; Clecsf13; KUCR_MOUSE
- CLEC4F is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein member of the C-type lectin superfamily.
- CLEC4F is expressed on Kupffer cells in the liver, but not on macrophages in other tissues.
- CLEC4F preferentially binds galactose and N-acetylgalactosamine in a calciumdependent manner.
- Its activity at neutral, but not at acidic pH, suggests a capacity to internalize and release ligands into the endosomal system.
- The insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
- For reasearch use only. Not for use in humans.
