Gibco™ Mouse CXCL12 (SDF-1a) Recombinant Protein
Description
Reconstitution: We recommend that the vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. This lyophilized protein should be reconstituted in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Further dilutions should be made in tissue culture grade buffered solutions with heat inactivated fetal calf serum or low endotoxin BSA. Storage: Lyophilized human SDF-1 alpha should be stored at 2°C to 8°C, preferably desiccated. Store reconstituted human SDF-1 alpha at < -20°C (not in a frost-free freezer). Keep freeze-thaw cycles to a minimum.
