Invitrogen™ Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (P3.6.2.8.1), Alexa Fluor™ 561, eBioscience™
Description
Description: The monoclonal mouse IgG1 kappa immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control. Applications Reported: This P3.6.2.8.1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Our internal testing shows that Alexa Fluor 561 non-specifically stains B cells in Swiss Webster and SJL mice. No non-specific staining has been observed in BALB/c or C57BL/6 mice. Other strains have not been tested. See Antibody Testing Data in the Data Gallery showing this non-specific binding. Applications Tested: This P3.6.2.8.1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and normal human peripheral blood cells and should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody. Alexa Fluor 561 emits at 575 nm and is intended for use on spectral cytometers where it may be multiplexed with both PE and PE-eFluor 610. Excitation: 558 nm; Emission: 575 nm; Laser: Yellow-Green Laser.
