Description: The monoclonal mouse IgG1 kappa immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control. Applications Reported: Mouse IgG1 K Isotype Control eFluor™ 615 has been reported for use in immunocytochemical (ICC) and immunohistochemical (IHC-P) staining. Applications Tested: This Mouse IgG1, K Isotype Control eFluor™ 615 has been tested by immunocytochemistry on fixed and permeabilized MDCK cells and by immunohistochemistry (IHC-P) on formalin-fixed paraffin embedded human brain tissue. Use isotype control at the same concentration as experimental antibody. Filter Recommendation: When using this eFluor™ 615 antibody conjugate, we recommend a filter that will capture the 615 emission wavelength. A standard Alexa Fluor™ 594 filter is acceptable. Excitation: 595 nm; Emission: 615 nm. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
