Description: This is a monoclonal mouse IgG2a, kappa antibody. It is used as an isotype control for mouse IgG2a antibodies. Applications Reported: Mouse IgG2a K Isotype Control eFluor® 450 has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: eFluor® 450 Mouse IgG2a, K Isotype Control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. Use isotype control at the same concentration as experimental antibody. Excitation: 405 nm; Emission: 445 nm; Laser: Violet Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
