Invitrogen™ Mouse IgG3 Isotype Control (B10), FITC, eBioscience™, Invitrogen™
Description
Description: The mouse IgG3 lambda is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. Applications Reported: This mouse IgG3 isotype control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and ELISA. Applications Tested: This mouse IgG3 isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 10 μL per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. . Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
