Description
- Also known as: NECL3; Igdf4d; Igsf4d; SynCAM2; SynCAM 2; 9330131D06; 2900078E11Rik; A830029E02Rik
- IGSF4D is a member of the nectin family which belongs to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily.
- It is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed mainly in epithelial cells and contains one Vtype Ig-like and two C2-type Ig-like domains in the extracellular region.
- These domains are characteristically responsible for Ca++ -independent homophilic and heterophilic interactions in the brain, lung, kidney, bladder, prostate and testis.
- The insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
- For reasearch use only. Not for use in humans.
