Description

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • IGSF4D is a member of the nectin family which belongs to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily.
  • It is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed mainly in epithelial cells and contains one Vtype Ig-like and two C2-type Ig-like domains in the extracellular region.
  • These domains are characteristically responsible for Ca++ -independent homophilic and heterophilic interactions in the brain, lung, kidney, bladder, prostate and testis.
  • The insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
