This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. • OLR1 is a low density lipoprotein receptor that belongs to the C-type lectin superfamily.

• Mutations of OLR1 have been associated with atherosclerosis, risk of myocardial infarction, and may modify the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
