Description

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • RELT is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the TNFreceptor superfamily.
  • It is primarily expressed in hematopoietic tissues and peripheral blood leukocytes.
  • It has been shown to activate the NFkappaB pathway and selectively bind TNF receptor-associated factor 1 (TRAF1).
  • RELT is capable of stimulating T-cell proliferation in the presence of CD3 signaling, which suggests its regulatory role in immune response.
