Description

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • Siglec-1 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily.
  • It is a lectin-like adhesion molecule that binds glycoconjugate ligands on cell surfaces in a sialic acid-dependent manner.
  • Siglec-1 is expressed only by a subpopulation of macrophages and is involved in mediating cell-cell interactions.
  • The insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
