Formulation

  • Add contents of the pouch (13.7g) to 500mL of distilled, deionized water
  • Add agar 17g/L if pouring plates
  • Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes for complete synthetic defined drop-out medium for the growth of S.cerevisiae
