The Caprico MPO PerCP antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes myeloperoxidase, an enzyme expressed in myeloid cells including neutrophils, monocytes, and some myeloid progenitor cells. This antibody is conjugated to PerCP, a fluorescent dye, allowing detection of MPO expression by flow cytometry. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 1% BSA. Each vial contains 100 tests of antibody at a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL. The antibody is recommended for flow cytometry applications. Proper handling, storage, and dilution guidelines are provided. This MPO antibody enables identification and analysis of myeloid cell populations.
