Mouse Neurofilament Light Polypeptide ELISA Kit - Mouse Neurofilament Light Polypeptide ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Mouse Neurofilament, Light Polypeptide in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid and other biological fluids. NEFL present in samples reacts with an anti-Mouse NEFL capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-NEFL detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active NEFL in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Mouse NEFL. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests. For RUO
