Invitrogen™ MUC5AC Monoclonal Antibody (2-25LE)

Description
This antibody reacts with Lewisb blood group antigen, a carbohydrate determinant carried on both glycolipids and glycoproteins, detected on the surface of erythrocytes, certain epithelial cells, and in secretions of certain individuals. A suggested positive control for this product is colorectal adenocarcinoma. For IHC (P), heat mediated antigen retrieval in sodium citrate is recommended.
