Description

The NanoBRET PPI Control Pair (p53, MDM2) is an optimized pair of vectors designed to measure the interaction of protein partners p53 and MDM2 using the NanoBRET assay.

The p53, MDM2 assay gives a strong NanoBRET™ signal and can be used when performing instrument setup or included as a reference control pair when performing other NanoBRET™ PPI assays.

  • The p53-HaloTag™ Fusion Vector contains the following key features:
    • p53-HaloTag™ fusion gene
    • Kanamycin resistance gene for selection in bacteria
    • A CMV promoter for high-level expression of the p53-HaloTag™ fusion in mammalian cells
  • The NanoLuc™-MDM2 Fusion Vector contains the following key features:
    • NanoLuc™-MDM2 fusion gene
    • Kanamycin resistance gene for selection in bacteria
    • A CMV promoter for high-level expression of the NanoLuc™-MDM2 fusion in mammalian cells
