Description

Provides accurate, reproducible results with the Epredia™ Negative Control for Mouse IgG1 Ab-1, Mouse Monoclonal Antibody.

This mouse monoclonal IgG1 was produced against a synthetic hapten, which is normally not present in humans or animals. Therefore, this mouse IgG1 does not react with any antigen of human or animal cells. This monoclonal IgG1 was purified from mouse ascites produced under the same experimental conditions as the other hybridoma cell lines of NeoMarkers. In order to serve as a true negative control, this IgG1 should be used under the identical conditions and at the same concentration as NeoMarkers' other purified mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibodies.
