Description

Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor; GPR35 agonist

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID); selectively inhibits COX-2. Also activates human TRPA1 inducibly expressed in HEK293 cells; displays agonist activity at GPR35.
