Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human A549 whole cell, human CACO-2 whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell. NKCC1 mediates sodium and chloride transport and reabsorption. NKCC1 is a membrane protein and is important in maintaining proper ionic balance and cell volume. NKCC1 is an electrically silent transporter system that mediates sodium and chloride reabsorption. Further, NKCC1 plays a vital role in the regulation of ionic balance and cell volume and is phosphorylated in response to DNA damage. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for NKCC1. Diseases associated with SLC12A2 include Basosquamous Carcinoma and Metatypical Basal Cell Carcinoma.
