Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

This monoclonal antibody CSTEM30 reacts with human Neuroligin-4, X linked, also known as NLGN4X, NLGN4, Neuroligin-4, and Neuroligin 4X. Applications Reported: This CSTEM30 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This CSTEM30 antibody has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human iPSCs. This may be used at 5 μL (0.06 μg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Excitation: 488-561 nm; Emission: 578 nm; Laser: Blue Laser, Green Laser, Yellow-Green Laser.

Neuroligin-4, X linked (also known as NLGN4X, NLGN4, Neuroligin-4, and Neuroligin 4X) is a postsynaptic cell-adhesion molecule that interacts with presynaptic cell-surface neurexins. These interactions bridge together the synaptic cleft and have an essential role in synaptic transmissions between neurons. There are 5 neuroligin genes in humans: NLGN1, NLGN2, NLGN3, NLGN4X, and NLGN4Y. Mutations in NLGN3 and NLGN4X are linked to Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The expression of neuroligin-4, X-linked has been reported on human pluripotent stem cells.
