Description
MA1-91405 has been successfully used in flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue) applications. Staining of formalin fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 - 20 min followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. A suggested positive control for this product is pancreas.
