Used as highly enriched granulated medium to improve the yield of plasmid DNA from E. coli. MilliporeSigma™; Novagen™ Terrific Broth granules ensure rapid and uniform dissolution in water.

  • Prevents clumping of medium and inhalation of airborne powder
  • Composition of the Terrific Broth per liter is 12g tryptone, 24g yeast extract, 9.4g potassium phosphate, dibasic, and 2.2g potassium phosphate, monobasic
  • Use 47.6g of granulated medium per liter of water
