Description

pCMV-N OLLAS Vector for intracellular expression of N-terminally OLLAS-tagged protein

The pCMV-N-OLLAS vector provides a convenient vector to express recombinant proteins under control of the CMV promoter with an N-terminal OLLAS tag, protein will be expressed in the cytoplasm. Insert protein of interest into the vector in frame using the Hind III and Not I restriction sites. Bacterial selection can be performed using Kanamycin, while Neomycin resistance can be used for screening mammalian transfectants.
