Sartorius Octet AR2G Biosensors / Case
Supplier: Sartorius 185094
The Octet Amine Reactive 2nd-Generation AR2G Biosensors are coated with a newly engineered biocompatible surface matrix and are designed for kinetic characterization of interactions between purified proteins peptides or other primary amines and target analytes. Immobilization of proteins is achieved through standard EDC-catalyzed amide bond formation to create a covalent bond between a reactive amine on the protein and the carboxy-terminated biosensor surface. The AR2G biosensors deliver enhanced performance and great signal intensity during both loading ligand immobilization and association analyte detection steps of an assay while delivering reliable kinetic values. The AR2G Biosensors’ surface chemistry makes it amenable to a wide range of pH and salt conditions providing robustness and flexibility during the development of regeneration conditions for higher throughput applications.
