The exceptionally clear Thermo ScientificPiko PCR/qPCR Film Seal allows high transmission of fluorescence across the range of commonly-used fluorophores. When used with aPiko Thermal CyclerorPikoReal Real-Time PCR System, sample volumes as low as 5μL can be used with minimal evaporative loss. These optical adhesive films are available in the ¼-size format for Piko PCR Plates.
