PAN-Biotech Panserin 413: Serum-Free Medium for Lymphocytes, T Cells, and Hybridoma Cells, w: L-Glutamine, modified. QUANTITY: 20 x 1000 ml. MANUFACTURED BY: Pan-Biotech (Germany). DESCRIPTION: Panserin 413 is a ready-to-use, serum-free, low protein (<0.1% w/v) and low animal-derived components (< 0.6%) medium for the serum-free cultivation and proliferation of lymphocytes from whole blood. The medium can be used for the enrichment of T cells , cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells, lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells, and natural killers (NK) cells. COMPOSITION: This defined formulation based on RPMI 1640 and DMEM/F12 is optimized with additional salts, trace elements, albumin, cholesterol, lipids and vitamins. The medium contains no hydrolysates, and only traces of animal-derived components (< 0.6% w/v) and proteins (< 0.1% w/v).
