Invitrogen™ PD-L1 Recombinant Human Monoclonal Antibody (332M7)

Description
This antibody strongly binds human and cynomolgus monkey PD-L1 and shows weak binding for mouse PD-L1. PD-L1 is highly expressed in many human tumors. . PD-L1 exerts an immune suppressive signal through binding to PD-1 and B7.1, and tumor expression of PD-L1 can mediate cancer immune evasion. Blocking this pathway, therefore provides a rationale for cancer immunotherapy.
