Deparaffinize Tissue Sections and Wash Slides with Wash Buffer. 2. Remove Excess Buffer From Slide Without Letting The Tissue Dry. 3. Depending on The Size of The Tissue Section Add 1-2 Drops of Pepsin Solution. 4. Incubate Slide for 5-10 Minutes (at 37 C. 5. Wash Slide with Wash Buffer and Proceed with Immunostaining.)
