Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

This antibody detects endogenous levels of human LAP only when phosphorylated at Thr235, mouse and rat LAP only when phosphorylated at Thr188, and LIP only when phosphorylated at Thr37 (molecular weight of 19, 36 and 38 kDa). Purity is >95% by SDS-PAGE.

This gene belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which is characterized by a distinct DNA-binding forkhead domain. The specific function of this gene has not yet been determined; however, it may play a role in the development of mesenchymal tissues.
