Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Antibody detects endogenous levels of Cyclin D2 only when phosphorylated at Thr280.

Cyclin D2 is a G1 cyclin required for G1 phase progression and is a strong candidate for a proto-oncogene. Cyclin D2 can phosphorylate pRB when associated with cdk 4 and / or cdk 6.
