Invitrogen™ Phospho-Histone H2A.X (Ser139) Recombinant Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (CR55T33), Invitrogen™
Description
Recombinant antibodies are produced using specific genes that code for the desired antibodies. These genes are cloned into an expression vector and expressed in vitro. The advantages of recombinant antibodies include better specificity and lot-to-lot consistency. Applications Tested: This CR55T33 clone has been tested for flow cytometry at 0.5 μg per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
