- The PI(3,4)P2 Lipid Kinase Substrate has been specifically optimized for use with Type I PIP kinases (e.g., PIP5K1A, PIP5K1B, PIP5K1C).
- The substrate consists of solubilized phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate (PI(3,4)P2) in an aqueous buffer, and is used in combination with our Adapta™ Universal Kinase Assay to help identify unique kinase inhibitors.
