Convenient, easy-to-use kits for arraying proteins in a low-density format

Utilize specially designed nitrocellulose membranes with a grided template based on a 384-well plate. Eighteen positive control elements consisting of biotin (in yellow) and peroxidase (in blue) serve as positional or functional markers throughout the membrane sheet. The sheet is designed so that it may be segmented for smaller or multiple screens.
