Crosslink amines to sulfhydryls with this mid-length crosslinker composed of NHS-ester and maleimide groups at ends of an aliphatic, 8-atom (9.4A) spacer arm.

Thermo Scientific™ Pierce EMCS is an amine-to-sulfhydryl crosslinker that contains NHS-ester and maleimide reactive groups at opposite ends of a medium-length spacer arm (9.4 Ås).
