Crosslink amines to sulfhydryls with this mid-length crosslinker composed of sulfo-NHS-ester and maleimide groups at ends of a water-soluble, 8-atom (9.4A) spacer arm.

Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Sulfo-EMCS is a water-soluble amine-to-sulfhydryl crosslinker that contains NHS-ester and maleimide reactive groups at opposite ends of a medium-length spacer arm (9.4 Ås).
