Description

Detachable Pipet Stand for convenient pipet storage is constructed of sturdy, noncorrosive polypropylene. Available as a vertical or horizontal stand.

Vertical Stand

  • Holds 28 pipets with maximum diameter of 0.562 in. (1.4 cm)
  • Heavy base measures 9 in. (22.86 cm) in diameter; 15 in. (38.1 cm) square rod is screwed into base
  • Top disc has holes for holding pipets while the lower one has pilot holes where pipet tips rest while liquids drain down to the base
  • Both discs can be moved up and down the rod to accommodate various lengths of pipets
  • Arrows on discs should be kept parallel to ensure that corresponding holes are being centered

Horizontal Stand

  • Holds 12 pipets, six on each side, in a horizontal position
  • Autoclavable stand has two sides that are attached to each other with three polypropylene-coated metallic rods
  • Easily disassembled for space-saving storage
